Wow... the time is just flying here!! We are less then 3 weeks from our outreach to Cape Town South Africa. We have our teams assembled and are now getting all of the details for the trip. It has definitely been a great experience here in Perth, it has been hard at times, but sometimes that is what is needed to take us to the place where we should be. I have been surrounded by missionaries that daily seek to hear the voice of God for the steps that they should take. Every week is full with testimonies of God speaking to people and working miracles in their lives. There was an amazing testimony that our base director emailed us recently when she was in Mexico City. It was an email from a YWAM student on outreach in South Africa... Here is the part where she shares his testimony:

"He and a fellow student were out in the community walking the streets and praying when he saw a drunken man in pain. He had bad hip and back pain, they asked if they could pray for him. He said yes, so they eagerly began to pray and the man was healed. Another man in the same community saw what had happened and wanted prayer too. This man’s back was injured so they began praying for him and he was also healed. He asked them if they could come to his house to pray for his mother. He was explaining that she was crippled with arthritis and blind. As they prayed for this man’s mother she could move her body around and she was immediately healed of her arthritis—she could walk again. They continued to pray and her left eye was healed. As they prayed again her right eye was healed too!"

This is could be anyone, anytime, anywhere... not just South Africa! God wants to show the world how much He loves them and He wants to use us. God has been stirring my heart for the church in America to really see Gods kingdom come. We need to walk with a revelation of the love of God to an extent that it becomes our hearts every intention. When this happens we can look at ourselves in a new light and not walk in discouragement or self pity. When we know that we are loved by the creator of the universe we will see amazing things happen. Just ask God how much He loves you and ask Him to fill you with His love and just see what happens!

Something really awesome happened this week to one of the girls on my team. I was in the lobby with several others on base and Olivia busted into the room ecstatic. She told us she was having her quiet time in the park and asked God for a revelation of His love... still freaking out she pulls out her cell phone and tells us that this is what she saw! (picture on right) She went to go get a real camera, came back and it was gone! God is just waiting to reveal Himself to us. Romans 8:16 says "For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed."

There are some great things happening here. It is exciting to know are team and to prepare for our trip to South Africa. As of right now I am believing God for a financial miracle. The money is actually past due to turn in and I need over $4000 USD to be able to go. If you can or know anyone that could financially support even a small part of this trip it would be so much appreciated by myself and my team. All donations will be tax deductible if made out to Northview Community Church. Checks can be mailed to 109 Bartlett Ave. Erlanger Ky. 41018. There is also a link to make donations online if you click here. If you pay online put other in the payment type and "outreach" in the Details box. If you can or cannot support financially please continue to pray for myself and my team during this time of preparation.
